All My Pups, LLC reserves the right to update the rules when necessary, and the updated version will be published on All My Pups, LLC.com with immediate effect.
For after-sales issues, buyers should file a return & refund request within 20 days of the delivery date . The period of Return & Refund request filed exceeds, All My Pups, LLC reserves the right not to provide any after-sales service after that time.
Before an order is shipped out, the buyer has the right to apply to cancel the order by clicking the "request refund" button in All My Pups, LLC buyer center, or by contacting All My Pups, LLC customer service to cancel the order. Please note some supplier policies do not accept order cancellations before the order is shipped out. The supplier should agree or reject the cancellation request within 3 business days.
If All My Pups, LLC cannot fulfill the buyer's order within the order processing time indicated on All My Pups, LLC product page, under the condition, but not limited to no stock or other conditions, All My Pups, LLC has the right to cancel and refund the order.
If the buyer receives goods damaged or broken and applies for a refund with compelling evidence, and the goods need to be returned, All My Pups, LLC has the responsibility to offer the buyer a prepaid return label within 6 business days to return damaged/broken goods. All My Pups, LLC should refund the buyer when the return shows as in transit on the logistic website with All My Pups, LLC's provided prepaid return label.
In the case of "non-defective remorse returns", All My Pups, LLC has the right to accept or reject the request as his policy show as on the All My Pups, LLC product page.
If All My Pups, LLC accepts the after-sale request for the reason type of "non-defective remorse returns" and require to deduct a "restocking & repacking fee", under All My Pups, LLC's policy restriction, the "restocking & repacking fee" in total shall not exceed 35% of order total price.
All My Pups, LLC must refund not more than 6 business days, or redelivery not more than 10 business days.
Once the buyer submits the after-sales request, the buyer needs to provide evidence (as the clause states below) to All My Pups, LLC. If the buyer cannot provide compelling evidence within the order after-sales period policy indicated, All My Pups, LLC has the right to reject the return and refund request.
Whether the evidence is compelling or not will ultimately be determined by All My Pups, LLC.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
